With longer use, the headphones maintain good condition. Buyers who have owned them for one to twelve months confirm that sound quality remains solid and battery life is long. The app enables fine-tuning of sound through an equalizer and enhances the overall experience. However, touch controls are sensitive and sometimes activate accidentally when adjusting the headphones. Replaceable ear pads are an advantage for long-term use.

Complaints mainly concern construction and sound at maximum volume. Some buyers report crackling at maximum volume settings. The headphones are relatively heavy and fit tightly on some users. Spatial audio and head tracking are more gimmick features — activating them significantly degrades sound quality, so most buyers do not use them. The app requires GPS enabled on some Android phones, which is not intuitive.
