With extended use, the device proves reliable. Buyers who have used it longer praise its stability and performance. However, some note that there could be more motorized faders, and functionality is limited in places — for example, you cannot independently control the volume of individual outputs or monitor sound from different sources separately. The device powers off while charging, which can be inconvenient during longer sessions.

Critical reviews (6.2% negative) point to specific defects: faulty AUX input, non-functional LED buttons, and occasional volume control failures. Some buyers also complained about the plastic appearance and packaging arriving without protective wrapping, leading to damage. Although most of these issues affect individual units, their occurrence suggests quality control could be stricter.
