MAONO PD400X USB/XLR Dynamic Microphone All Metal With One-Touch Mute Headphone Jack And Volume Control For Podcasting Streaming

During extended use, the microphone performs reliably. Buyers note that it is quite heavy and requires a stable stand. The touch mute button works without issues in most cases, though one user reported it functions intermittently. Some complain about low gain — the manufacturer specifies adjustable gain, but some buyers report that even at maximum level they need additional software amplification. The 1.5-meter USB-C cable may be insufficient when mounted on a boom arm.

Negative reviews are rare (2.1 percent). One buyer reported a crack on the microphone with no return option. Another complained about low gain compared to older models. One case involved damage during shipping — the metal stand shifted and scratched the microphone. Most complaints concern specific settings or physical properties rather than actual failures.
