KINSCOTER Smart Oscillating Desk Fan 4000mAh USB Angle Adjustable Silent Rechargeable Fan 5 Wind Speeds for Home/Office/Gift

With extended use, the fan proves reliable. Users report that operation on speeds 1 to 3 is genuinely quiet and the battery lasts several hours. The display allows checking remaining battery capacity. The oscillation mechanism runs smoothly, and the fan head automatically returns to center position when powered off. Some users did report oscillation issues after months of use.

Main complaints concern weaker airflow on lower speeds — some users need to use speed 4 or 5 to achieve the desired effect. The seller claims up to 12 hours of runtime, but users with oscillation enabled reported the battery drains in 6 to 8 hours. The fan height cannot be adjusted, and the oscillation range is fixed. A small portion of critical reviews (1.1 percent) mention damaged plastic parts upon delivery or unusual sounds during operation.
