The batteries last a reasonable time for typical household tasks, and the charger is fast. Included are a hard plastic carrying case with handle, front light under the tip, integrated level, and side slots for bit storage. However, the accessories in the package (chuck, bits, screwdriver tips) are low quality and some bits break on first use. Delivery is fast, usually within four days.

The main issue is accessory quality – the chuck and bits break easily and should be replaced with better ones. Some buyers reported the chuck doesn't grip bits firmly enough. Batteries lack a charge indicator. At maximum torque, a burning smell may occur if load is high. The plastic construction makes it unsuitable for professional use – it's intended only for home repairs. About 9.4% of buyers were dissatisfied.
